Areas of Scientific Interest and Specialization
My research over the past few years has focused on protein structure analysis using techniques from graph theory and their parallel applications. I have applied these techniques to a variety of problems including homology research, structural domain prediction, structure comparison and alignment, threading with genetic algorithms, ligand binding site detection and function prediction.
